The day a roomful of Macau's youth bridge-builders signed five deals in one afternoon.
On 2 June 2026, the Macao Science Centre hosted the "Bay Youth AI Connects The World" parallel session of the International Network Audio-Visual Festival. In one afternoon, a roomful of industry leaders from Macao, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Mainland signed five strategic partnerships and locked down two flagship IP rights — turning Macao into a working hub for Chinese culture going global.
Sean Own, President of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Electronic Commerce Association, served as Conference Chairman of the session. At his invitation, Charles Si, Deputy Director of the Association, delivered the keynote remarks on behalf of the event. The Association's Macao Network Audio-Visual e-Commerce Committee — which Si chairs — co-organised the event with the Macao Network Audio-Visual Association.
Two things the day built: Bay Youth AI Connects The World and the Chinese Culture International Communication Hub.
The five deals signed on 2 June 2026

Greater Bay Area Youth Cultural-Study Base
Wen LinJian (Heng-qing Macao Culture, Tourism & Sports Industry), Thomas Lee ("History Bro") and Chen Yu-Ting launched a Greater Bay Area youth cultural-study base — AI-augmented teaching, cloud-cinema content already licenced to over 100 universities across Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Five-in-One Health-School System
Education Committee Chair Wen Zhong-Xiong (Wen Zhongxiong) signed with S Alliance Group (Liang Jia-En, Executive Director) for a national-grade five-in-one health-school system. Witnessed by Wang Gang, Wang Shou-Ge and Li Tian-Yu.
Feng Shen Music Festival — GBA Exclusive
The Association secured exclusive GBA operating rights for Taiwan's flagship youth-music IP Feng Shen Music Festival. Bovi Sun was appointed to run GBA operations. The Greater Bay Area Youth Entrepreneur-Merchant Alliance was also stood up at the same time.
Five-Way TCM Going-Global Alliance
The closing block: a five-way alliance to take Materia Medica China (Ben Cao Zhong Guo) — China's flagship national-grade traditional-Chinese-medicine documentary IP — global. Combining Macau's Lusophone-platform reach, Hengqin's Pien Tze Huang museum, Shanghai's pharmaceutical R&D, Taiwan's international-media muscle and the Association's digital-health committee.
- Hon Lei On (Han Li-An) — Shanghai Ben Cao Li Hua Pharmaceutical R&D (Vice Chair)
- Lin Wen-Ling — Hengqin Pien Tze Huang Museum (Chair) & Pien Tze Huang Pharmacy (Macau)

The two IP launches — what the room actually signed over.
Feng Shen Music Festival
A Hsinchu-born, Taiwan-wide youth-music and street-culture brand that has become Taiwan's largest youth-pop-culture benchmark — running annually with top-tier domestic and international line-ups. The Greater Bay Area Electronic Commerce Association locked down full regional operating rights across the GBA, with Bovi Sun (founder of the Hsinchu Youth programme) appointed to run the operation and a long-term programme that fans out from Macau into Hengqin and the rest of the nine-city region.
Materia Medica China (Ben Cao Zhong Guo)
The flagship documentary series of China's TCM cultural-export programme — backed by the Central Propaganda Department, National Health Commission, National Administration of TCM and the National Radio & TV Administration. Season One holds an 8.7 Douban rating, won the Golden Panda International Documentary Award, and has been officially multi-language distributed onto YouTube and Discovery. The five-way alliance turns this state-grade IP into a structured GBA-to-global pipeline with Macau as the international window.
"Macau sits at the only intersection where Mainland China, the Greater Bay Area, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the Lusophone world meet at once. That is why we built this hub here — and that is why Chinese culture going global has to run through Macau first."Charles Si · Deputy Director, GBA Electronic Commerce Association
